I came in for brunch and ordered the Crab Benedict. It is, without hyperbole, a masterclass in balance and flavor profile. The lump crab meat was exceptionally fresh, generous, and sweet, serving as a clean foundation rather than a filler. What elevates this dish into elite territory, however, is the Cajun Hollandaise. It brings a smoky, velvet warmth with just enough kick to cut through the richness without overpowering the delicate crab. The toasted English muffin held its structure to the last bite, proving every element on the plate was engineered with intention. While the food alone commands respect, Shay transformed the meal into a memorable event. Her service was flawless attentive without being intrusive, deeply knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely passionate about the guest experience. It is rare to see a server navigate a busy service with such grace, warmth, and quiet efficiency. Shay doesn't just take orders; she sets the tone for high-caliber hospitality. To management and ownership: you have created something truly special here.
